Our Sauvignon Blanc was hand picked and vinified from a selection of rows out of a top-performing dry land blocks of vineyards on the farm.

Grapes were hand sorted, crushed and gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation was done at a low temp. The wine was stabilized and lightly filtered before bottling and then labelled on the farm. Tropical hints with grassy freshness.
