The Savi Sparkling wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc. All fruit are handpicked at optimum fruit ripeness. All fruit are bunch sorted, pressed, and fermented with pure yeast cultures. Both a reductive and oxidative winemaking methods, are employed with the SBL. After fermentation, all wines are kept on the lees and stirred, adding to the fullness of the after-palate. The finale blend is a combination of the different styles of winemaking practices and carbonated wines bottled.
The Savi Sparkling wine showcases a pink rose-gold hue both inviting and in vogue. Tiny, tiny bubbles come to life from the bottom of the glass. The nose shows a sweet toffee element fused with red ripe strawberries, yet has a vibrant lime-sorbet appeal perfect for warm summer days. The palate entrance shows an explosion of ripe strawberries followed by a mineral salty element and a sweet mid-palate appeal which adds depth and linger to this wine. The zesty lime and fruit sweetness is in perfect harmony with each other and brings the different components together beautifully. The fine foam feeling on the palate, adds that special spark, necessary for a celebration.
