Tasting Notes

A blend of mostly Chenin Blanc with Verdelho, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Semillon sourced variously from Stellenbosch, Piekenierskloof and the Swartland. Plenty going on aromatically with notes of hay, citrus, peach and even a little pineapple plus a slight yeasty quality and a touch of reduction. The palate is rich and full-bodied with a creamy texture. Overall, a wine that makes a big impression.
