Eben Sadie is more than a name, he’s an enigma who’s helped put South Africa in the minds and mouths of wine enthusiasts around the world. Columella is the wine that did this, from its first vintage through to this latest release, it’s a wine that requires no introduction.

Winemaker’s Comments

We are extremely happy with the 2013 bottling, because it is a very unique Columella. Firstly it has the lowest alcohol since 2000 and with the fresher index we did not sacrifice any of the texture nor concentration and depth of the wine.
