This natural ferment wine was made from specially selected, clone 96, Chardonnay grapes. Wild yeast fermented, with classically Burgundian struck match notes, wonderful poise and complexity, savoury depths and a taut, saline finish. Glenn Martin will become a fourth-generation winemaker in the Martin and Finlayson families.
