A reflection of nature in each glass. The grapes for this wine were sourced from our high lying Sauvignon Blanc
vineyards situated at 620 metres above sea level. The exceptional delicate flavours of select parcels deemed
them worthy of being released as Sing-a-Wing Sauvignon Blanc.

This wine tells the story of a loving couple and the term of endearment shared between them, Sing-a-Wing.
The poem written by O.T.V. Senior to his wife, Margaret, on the occasion of their 25th wedding anniversary,
is shared on the back label of this Sauvignon Blanc.

VINTAGE CONDITIONS

A cool and wet ripening season meant little irrigation was necessary yet
careful canopy management was required to avoid vigorous vineyard growth.
Uneven budding was experienced on certain cultivars which was carefully
managed, but some like Sauvignon Blanc thrived. Veraison was earlier than in
the previous season, and was even due to our cool climate location.
Precipitation during the ripening period delayed harvest and management of
the accompanying disease pressure was necessary. Despite the challenging
season, our well managed vineyards produced high-quality grapes.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Clear
NOSE: A wine of elegance with laser focused minerality and seashell salinity.
Beautifully pure aromas of white lily and freshly picked rose petals hinting at
white chocolate ganache, mingle together with some green melon and
riverstone.
PALATE”’. The palate is an exercise in ethereal minerality with perfect fruit weight,
depth and texture. Tropical papaya with a firm spine of expressive zesty
acidity entices amid a chalky structure through to the seamless mineral finish.
