Winemaker’s Notes

A juicy celebration of the Syrah grape. Perfumy, floral (almost Burgundian), full and lively middle palate with
great minerality. The tannins are soft with a lively middle palate. Natural acidity adds great freshness.

Serving advice

Enjoy this wine as aperitif with friends and family. Very versatile, its fruitiness and fresh acidity makes it a great
companion for most food dishes. Cellar. Decant.
